Yoga Mat Rental — Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Rates

• 1 Day: ₹100 per mat
• 1 Week: ₹500 per mat
• Rates are subject to availability.
• Special rates may apply for bulk or retreat bookings.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins from the agreed collection/delivery time and ends when the mat is returned to the agreed location.

For weekly rentals, the rental period is up to 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Additional days may be charged at the applicable daily rental rate.

3. Booking & Payment

• Rental bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Mats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit may be requested depending on the booking.

4. Collection & Delivery

• Pickup and return arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Delivery/collection charges, if applicable, will be communicated before confirmation.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the mat is available for collection/return at the agreed time and location.

5. Care of the Mat

The mat must be used responsibly and kept reasonably clean during the rental period. The mat should not be:

• Cut, punctured or deliberately damaged
• Exposed to unsuitable chemicals or substances
• Used for activities that may cause excessive damage

Normal signs of use are acceptable. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be chargeable.

6. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for the mat during the rental period. In case of loss, theft or damage that makes the mat unsuitable for further rental, the customer may be charged for the repair or replacement cost, depending on the extent of damage.

7. Cancellation & Extension

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Rental extensions are subject to availability. If a mat is not returned on time without prior confirmation, additional rental charges may apply.

8. Rental-to-Purchase Option

If you decide to purchase the rented mat, the rental amount paid may be adjusted against the purchase price, subject to the applicable purchase terms. The purchase adjustment must be confirmed with us before or at the time of purchase. Rental payments cannot automatically be treated as a purchase payment unless the purchase is confirmed.

9. Hygiene & Cleaning

All rental mats are cleaned and prepared before being provided to a new customer. Customers are expected to return the mat in a reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of excessive staining or soiling.

10. Availability

Rental bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested mats are unavailable or cannot be provided in suitable condition.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable at the time of your confirmed booking will apply to that booking.
